Bravada On-Demand Marketing was founded in 2018 by Narada McKoy, born from an obsession with marketing, business growth and client services, the sole vision has been to match founders ambitions with a truly personal, forward thinking agency approach. Taking inspiration from the Narada's varied experience in marketing, working for over 10 years in brands, agencies, media owners, publishers and conversion rate optimisation the goal at Bravada is to build the complete boutique marketing agency for businesses of any size with the common goal of growth.
Bravada is independent and London based and has helped a number of clients grow sustainably, with the ‘Growth Triangle’ approach to paid advertising, analytics and strategy.

Fred Perry
Transforming the digital marketing approach with an iconic british brand
Since 2020 we have partnered with Fred Perry to implement our data driven test & learn growth triangle approach to marketing at scale launching new channels including TikTok and YouTube.
- Challenge: With the pandemic and lockdowns affecting physical store’s ability to drive revenue, D2C ecommerce became the most important channel for revenue driving. We integrated with the e-commerce team to take on the task of achieving ambitious online revenue targets.
- Solution: Working closely with the Fred Perry team we onboarded and implemented a rigorous, holistic approach to digital marketing, connecting silos in the business, including web, merchandising, organic social and paid marketing. The Bravada and Fred Perry team implemented the growth triangle approach across the UK and key EU markets. Optimising Dynamic Meta ads, Google search and Shopping to form our always on approach. We tested new landing pages, ad formats and markets as part of our test and learn pillar and launched YouTube and TikTok to boost awareness and reduce reliance on Search and social.

Maharishi
Full funnel marketing approach future proofing a historic streetwear brand
From 2022 we have worked with Maharishi to rebuild the performance marketing function to boost new user acquisition and brand awareness via Meta and Google Ads whilst driving revenue.
- Challenge: With competition in the fashion e-comm as high as ever, the Iconic streetwear brand Maharishi wanted to layer awareness into their strategy whilst keeping pace with conversion strategies.
- Solution: We worked closely with the Maharishi team to rebuild their Google Ads - implementing a generic search strategy to capture new users, bolstered by performance max and Local Ads to increase store visits. We rolled out a full funnel Meta approach, using storytelling video assets at the top of the funnel and retargeting customers worldwide at the bottom of the funnel with Meta ads.

Nip + Fab
High touch audience & creative testing meta approach to unlock Scale
We collaborated with Nip+Fab to grow the D2C Business via Meta, TikTok and Google Ads. We successfully scaled revenue via extensive creative, format and audience testing.
- Challenge: Nip+Fab needed to cut through a competitive and crowded skincare market in a post-pandemic and advertising privacy impacted environment.
- Solution: Using our Growth Triangle approach via testing sprints we were able to identify winning products, creatives and audiences. Through extensive format, theme, hook and product testing we narrowed down on key winning ads. This allowed us to scale new customer acquisition cost effectively and reach revenue targets. We also launched TikTok and scaled Google channels.

Disko Kids
Scaling revenue via paid ads alongside an ambitious D2C scale-up brand
A partner since 2021, we helped drive new customer acquisition with a high growth, ambitious sole founded scale-up with e-commerce strategy and performance marketing execution.
- Challenge: Ambitious business Disko Kids reached out to us to support accelerating their growth post pandemic and to help them reach more new customers
- Solution: We took a consultative approach, working closely with the Founder to prioritise key products and creatives to advertise, uncovering untapped audiences across Meta, Google and Pinterest. We used a combination of e-commerce strategy - including merchandising, landing page testing and performance marketing via Meta Advertising to help scale revenue aggressively and surpass targets.

Maximising Return On Ad Spend with limited budgets
We collaborated with Colour Chronicles to scale Baby Memory Book sales during and post pandemic via paid ads and e-commerce consultancy.
- Challenge: Colour Chronicles reached out to us for support setting up paid advertising to accelerate sales and revenue growth.
- Solution: We helped build the performance marketing function including, Meta ads strategy, creative execution, google keyword research and shopping ads. Working closely with the founder we helped bring two new books to market and tested a range of creatives and audiences across Meta and Google. We also helped navigate two website re-platforms and have been trusted to provide e-commerce and conversion rate optimisation consultancy to support the growth of the business.

Fettle Bike Repair
Growing with a brand underpinned by Google ads & data strategy
A partner since 2020 we have grown with fettle from a bike repair startup of 2 workshops to a network with multiple workshops across the UK, via our flexible, conversion focused Google Ads strategy and consultative data driven approach.
- Challenge: High growth, ambitious startup Fettle enlisted our help to partner with them on their journey to become the UK’s largest bike repair network.

We employed a flexible approach to advertising, with a focus on google ads to generate conversions for bike repair keywords and stabilise CPAs. We navigated rebrands, website changes, crowdfunding, workshop launches and multiple lockdowns with our bespoke and honest approach to our partnership. George Cox
Building the digital marketing function for a luxury footwear brand
Working closely with the George Cox team we helped launch performance marketing channels Meta and Google for the first time and supported the transition to a Shopify website.
- Challenge: George Cox enlisted our help to bring their historic premium British footwear brand to a wider audience with digital advertising.
- Solution: We took a measured onboarding approach, using the first 2 months of the relationship to embed into the brand and understand the company ethos. We then leveraged the cult following, organic social media presence and strong product to drive revenue via performance marketing. We setup Meta ads from sign-up, to conversion and google ads whole funnel to build the performance marketing function from scratch and helped with a website transition from Squarespace to Shopify. Also supporting the launch of marketing across a range of territories including the US.
